1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and DriveScent Labs ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or related applications. You agree that by accessing the site and placing an order, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Custom Manufacturing and Orders

As a custom car air freshener manufacturer, our products are made-to-order based on your specific requirements, logos, and approved designs. Because each order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once production has begun. You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, and specifications provided are accurate and that you have the legal right to use such materials.

We will provide a digital mockup for your approval before entering production.
Production lead times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity.
Once the digital mockup is approved, any further changes may incur additional costs or delays.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the website (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You retain all rights to the logos and artwork you provide for custom manufacturing. By submitting such artwork, you grant us a license to use it strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order and, if agreed, for our own promotional portfolio.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are as quoted by our sales team and are subject to change. Payment terms will be established during the order process. We require a deposit or full payment before we begin custom manufacturing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
